Aquest \u00e9s el cas de les costelles a l’Spidey.\u00a0Una recepta basada en la carn de conill, que \u00e9s de les millors que hi ha per tenir un contingut baix en greix i un contingut alt en prote\u00efnes de gran qualitat nutricional (ideal per a Spider-Man!). La pastanaga \u00e9s rica en vitamina A, un antioxidant que, a m\u00e9s, li d\u00f3na el color taronja a aquest plat.<\/p>\n

  1. Assaonem les costelles de conill amb sal i pebre.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Escalfem la paella amb dues cullerades d’oli d’oliva i hi afegim les costelles.<\/li>\n

  4. A l’altra paella, ben calenta i amb dues cullerades d’oli, saltem la pastanaga ratllada.<\/li>\n
