Ara, continuem refor\u00e7ant el nostre comprom\u00eds mutu de donar suport i fomentar l\u2019emprenedoria i la innovaci\u00f3 en el sector de la restauraci\u00f3<\/strong>, amb una nova guia, aquesta vegada destinada a proporcionar-te les claus per dirigir la sala del teu restaurant<\/strong> de manera impecable.<\/p>\n

Pot ser que ja coneguis la import\u00e0ncia de tenir un bon cap de sala o pot ser que ni t\u2019ho hagis plantejat.
