Si fas servir p\u00e8sols congelats, pots fer aquest plat tot l\u2019any. Si t\u2019estimes m\u00e9s que els p\u00e8sols quedin m\u00e9s cremosos, tritura\u2019n uns quants i afegeix-los als p\u00e8sols ofegats.<\/p>\n

  1. Tallem les branques de menta i partim la canyella per la meitat.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Tallem 4 talls de pernil en l\u00e0mines fines.<\/li>\n
  3. Posem la resta del pernil als plats per al carpaccio.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Daurem lleugerament el pernil a l\u2019olla amb l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva
    \ni hi afegim els p\u00e8sols.<\/li>\n
  5. Hi agreguem el brou i la canyella. Ho deixem bullir amb la tapadora uns 2
    \nminuts.<\/li>\n
  6. Hi afegim el mid\u00f3 de blat de moro, ho remenem i, per acabar, hi
    \nincorporem la menta fresca.<\/li>\n
  7. Servim el carpaccio de pernil posant-hi a sobre els p\u00e8sols a la menta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
